For the past two years, the Find an Advisor page on the ia.ca website has been allowing a whole new clientele to get in contact with you.

Client experience and satisfaction are our top priorities. For this reason, we remind you of the importance of:

1- Responding quickly

Offer clients the best possible experience by responding to requests as soon as you receive them, or within a maximum of 24 hours. Here is an example of the new email of the requests you will receive.

2- Responding to our follow-up emails

You must respond to confirm follow-up with the client. 48 hours after the client’s request, you receive this improved email titled “Client follow-up – Find an advisor.” As soon as you receive this email, all you need to do is to select one of the three options below:

If we see that our follow-up emails are not answered, that clients do not receive responses or that they are not satisfied with the service provided, we reserve the right to remove an advisor from the Find an Advisor page.
