Multi-factor authentication (MFA) is a two-step validation process requiring you to provide two types of information to confirm your identity. To maintain optimal security on our platforms, changes need to be made to the choice of available factors.
Starting October 20, the option of receiving security codes via text message (SMS) on your cell phone will be withdrawn from the MFA registration process. The SMS option will be withdrawn in phases and you will be notified a few days in advance.
