Targeted client segments:

• Has at least one individual insurance product (life and/or living benefits) but no savings product;
• Is between 18 and 64 years of age;
• Has taken out an individual insurance product in the last five years, but not in the last year;
• Has agreed to be offered products likely to meet their needs.
